When the top pressure is anchored, under the condition of maintaining stable tension, the top pressure cylinder oil nozzle enters the oil, and the top pressure piston, the protective sleeve and the top pressure head are joined together to move the clamp piece into the anchor ring; Pull cylinder oil return, top pressure cylinder oil inlet, pull cylinder hydraulic return. Finally, the pulling cylinder and the top pressure cylinder oil nozzle simultaneously return oil, and the top pressure piston is returned under the action of the spring force.
