The working principle of hydraulic stressing Jack is as follows: When tensioning prestressed tendons, pull the cylinder oil nozzle into the oil, top pressure cylinder


Oil return, top pressure cylinder, connecting sleeve and support sleeve are integrated into one body and the anchor ring is moved to the right. Tension cylinder, end cap nut and plug head and feedthrough sleeve are integrated to drive the tool anchor to pull the prestressed tendons leftward. When pressing and anchoring, under the condition of maintaining the stability of tension, the top pressure cylinder oil nozzle enters the oil, the top pressure piston, the protective sleeve and the top pressure head are connected to the right to push the clamp piece into the anchor ring; Pull cylinder oil return, top pressure cylinder oil inlet, pull cylinder hydraulic return. Finally, the pulling cylinder and the top pressure cylinder oil nozzle simultaneously return oil, and the top pressure piston returns under the action of the spring force.
