Due to its green and environmental protection characteristics, the wet spray process has been favored by many industries in recent years, but some users may misunderstand the wet spray technology. They believe that as long as the wet spray machine is used for construction, it is a wet spray process. Actually, it is not. Not only equipment, but also a few different things:

1. When mixing outside the hole, the dry spray process does not add water, and a solid mixture is formed. The wet spray process must add water according to the mixing ratio to form a fluid mixture.

2. Due to the different forms of the mixture formed by the two processes, the transportation mode is different. The transportation requirements of the dry-jet mixture are relatively simple, and can be transported by shuttle or mine truck, while wet spraying The car must be transported by rails.

3. The added accelerators are different. The dry spray process uses a solid accelerator. The wet spray process uses a liquid quick-setting agent, and the price difference between the two quick-setting agents is large.


4. The spray equipment used is different. The dry spray process uses a dry spray machine, and the wet spray process uses a wet spray machine. The price difference between the two devices is large.

5. The feeding method of the spraying equipment is different, because the dry spraying uses a solid mixture. Therefore, manual feeding must be used, and wet spraying is a tanker, so the equipment can be directly docked without manual feeding.

The wet spray and dry spray processes are mainly distinguished from the above aspects, and do not mean that the wet spray machine is considered to be a wet spray operation during construction work.

In order to obtain easy construction operations, we should prepare the wet sprayer before starting up:

1. Check whether the connecting parts of the whole machine are firm and whether the rotating parts are flexible and reliable.

2. Observe the cursor and check if the lubricating oil in the gearbox is sufficient.

3. Drive motor and power supply connection, jog motor to observe the direction of rotation of the font should be consistent with the direction of the arrow, otherwise the power supply should be phase modulated.

4. The main gas path, the upper gas path, the lower gas path, the vibrator gas path, the nozzle water supply shut-off valve are placed in a closed state, and the main gas pipe is connected to the gas source. The water supply pipeline is connected to the water source, and the feed pipe is connected to the host.

5. Adjust the pressing mechanism, firstly pre-compact, then tighten the 2-3 diagram with a wrench, bend the delivery pipe, open the main gas circuit, the upper gas circuit stop valve, observe the pressure gauge at around 0.3Mpa, rubber There should be no gas spillage at the bond plate.

How wet sprayer works

First open the main gas path, the upper gas path, the lower gas path shut-off valve, open the nozzle water supply shut-off valve, pre-wet the rock surface, then start the motor, open the vibrator air circuit stop valve, add the mixing material in the hopper, start the injection operation . The nozzle operator should properly adjust the water supply volume of the nozzle to ensure that the material has a suitable water-cement ratio. The host operator should pay attention to observe the residual air hole on the side of the main unit. If there is any excess material discharged, the air supply volume of the lower air line should be appropriately reduced. Until the material at the machine's residual air outlet is discharged, the equipment will work normally. Before stopping, first stop feeding, when there is no material sprayed at the nozzle, close the water supply shut-off valve, and add a small amount of wet sand to the hopper, and wash the residue in the hopper and rotor cavity several times, without the nozzle When the material is ejected, turn off the motor power supply and each air circuit stop valve.
