Compressed air passes through the ball valve to the water separator air filter in the duplex, and the purified gas reaches the fixed-value pressure regulating valve. A pressure gauge is installed in between to observe the inlet pressure and determine the water separator air filter. Whether the filter cup is clogged, you can also judge whether the pressure regulating valve is working normally. The air pressure gauge on the pressure regulating valve indicates the output gas pressure after pressure regulation. After passing through the lubricator in the two-piece system to the two-position five-way directional valve and stroke valve . The dial on the cylinder rod toggles the stroke valve. In the early stage of the pneumatic grouting pump, due to the large cracks in the rock formation and the small diffusion resistance of the slurry, the pump pressure was low. At this time, the resistance of the piston of the cylinder was small, the working gas pressure was low, and the regulating valve wanted to maintain the pressure of its output gas, it automatically increased the output. The flow of gas, so the pump's reciprocating speed is fast, and the displacement is large.
